Recently, I had the chance to speak with Michael Gavakis, Senior Director of Construction at Barry’s, about their new Brooklyn location. From acoustics to waterproofing, we covered everything it takes to deliver a standout fitness space—and what makes an excellent general contractor truly stand out.
